1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your Orchard Ops Pro purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@orchard-ops.com with your order number or the email address used for the purchase. We will process your refund promptly.

3. After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your Pro license key will be deactivated. You can continue using the free version of Orchard Ops with up to 3 scheduled tasks.

4. After the Refund Period

Refund requests made after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to resolve any issues, but refunds are not guaranteed after this period.

Try before you buy

Orchard Ops is free to use with up to 3 tasks. We encourage you to try it before purchasing a Pro license.
